The superior effect of AQUASYS H2O³ systems is mainly based on high pressure that drives the water through stainless steel pipes and special designed nozzles, generating an extremely fine water mist . These little water droplets vaporise in the heat of the fire and thereby multiply in volume.

This increase in volume has two results: firstly the vaporisation process removes energy from the fire, thereby cooling the source of the fire and secondly the volume increase displaces the oxygen feeding the fire.
Furthermore, the multi-layered surface of fine water droplets shields the heat radiation so that the fire stays in its origin and constrains spreading to the surrounding area.
This shield is formed from the low mass of the water droplets and the three-dimensional dispersion of the mist and is supported by the aerodynamics of the fire.

The use of normal water offers another effect in the fire fighting:
As this medium is harmless to people and the environment, the system can be activated immediately after detection without any intervention time. In this way AQUASYS turns conventional H2O into highly efficient H2O³, which can even be used to fight oil fires!
